Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for the 2019-20 school year starts November 15, 2018, and ends January 15, 2019. If the number of applications submitted within this period of time exceeds the number of seats available for any grade level, a system generated, random lottery will be processed in order to determine who is offered a seat at the school. All applications submitted within the Open Enrollment period will have an equal opportunity for admission, regardless of whether they are submitted on the first day or the last day of Open Enrollment.

Applications for the 2018-19 school year will continue to be accepted through the end of the academic year. Applications submitted for the 2018-19 school year will not be valid, roll over, or be processed in the 2019-20 lottery. A new application must be submitted during the Open Enrollment period in order to be considered for a 2019-20 seat.

For more information regarding lottery preferences, enrollment, and registration, please view our Lottery Rules and Procedures.

Open Enrollment Events

We encourage our interested families to attend an enrollment information session to find out more about our school’s programs and offerings. Attending an information session is also the perfect platform to ask your questions to faculty and staff. Visit our events page to see a list of information sessions being offered.

Lottery Process

Applications received during the “Open Enrollment” window will be eligible for the lottery. In the event that the number of applications for any grade exceeds the number of available seats, a random lottery will be held. Our lottery will be held February 17, 2018. The lottery results will be posted on this page, and the first round of offers will be extended to all of the applicants selected in the lottery process. An official offer will be extended to the applicants selected in the lottery process via letter, email, or phone call. They will have one week (7 days), starting from their offer date, to either accept or decline the extended offer.

Should an applicant not get selected in the lottery process, they will automatically be placed on the waiting list. As seats become available, applicants on the waiting list will receive offers. Therefore, an applicant that is not selected in the lottery will not receive any formal communication from the school until they are extended an offer via letter, email, or phone call. If you would like to know where your child currently is on the wait list, please email mfrancis@indiantrailprep.org.

**Read the Lottery Rules and Procedures**

Once an applicant has accepted their offered seat at our school, they will receive ACE login information. They will be able to complete some of the registration documents via ACE.  Other documents will need to be printed, signed, and turned in to the school along with hard copies of Proof of Residence, child’s Birth Certificate, and Immunization records.

If an applicant does not have computer or printer access, please contact the school and a registration packet will be provided.
